Taking a rrrrrrrrealy cold shower after sweating in the gym,
Reading English poems,
Having written something I myself actually approve of,
Eating chocolate cookies and drinking milk,
Watching the "the little house on the prairie" (I know, surprising for an atheist
Feeling at home somewhere,
Attending lectures and tutorials & getting good marks,
Realising I'm becoming friends with someone,
Wearing my favourite jeans,
Having the entire train compartment for myself so no-one notices that I'm play backing and shaking my head around on the music of my Ipod
Reading/Hearing/Learning new words that sound poetic (for example, today, I saw the word "lightlessness" used as a synonym for "darkness" on wikipedia)
Walking through the beautiful city of Utrecht,
Meeting with good friends,
Doodling on my college blocks (or anywhere for that matter), especially like drawing Egbert & Egbertina (two weird creatures in love) and this little fish with thick lips.
Realising that I was smiling from ear to ear without noticing,
Wearing my Hello-Kitty socks,
Knowing that I have family I can always depend on,
Watching comedy central, watching an episode of the "that70s show" or "scrubs" or "Frasier" for the first time (so a new one, 'cause I've seen most of them),
Studying and noticing you're actually learning something and becoming smarter,
Having sleep overs with my twin sister and watching TV on my room until one of us falls asleep,
Playing a game called 'weerwolven' (werewolves),
Waking up on a Saturday/Sunday morning and knowing you can get back to sleep for a few hours before the day really starts & waking up by the sunlight (instead of the alarm clock)
That feeling when you're slightly 'tipsy' and you're in a room full of people and music and you're on a soft couch and nothing matters at all for a short moment,
Realising you know someone, really know him/her, and knowing that you have a friendship that will last,
Talking into a fan so you're voice sounds all weird and alien-like,
Debating why pirates are better than ninjas (unfortunately, we did lose the debate),
Reading 'the importance of being earnest' by Oscar Wilde,
Sleeping with a teddy bear (I don't care what the world thinks, my teddy and I love each other!! - okay not in the wrong way, and not "sleeping with" in the wrong way, never mind, just forget I mentioned it),
Making crossword puzzles,
Running for my train and entering the train right at the moment the conductor whistles for the train to leave), but also, entering the train at the 1st class door and then walking through the 1st class to the 2nd class, so I'm the first one to have a seat, and all the people waiting in line at the second class door thinking, damn! I should've done that, then I would've had a seat! and I'm thinking HAHAHA good for you x) expect if it's someone who's clearly old then I might offer my seat if s/he looks like s/he wouldn't mind me offering my seat because of course, I'm thereby implying that s/he is old and needs a seat.)
That feeling when you're stepping outside and the sun shines in your eyes, that your eyes hurt a little and you have to close them for a second
And writing down all things I love
(you probably by now think I'm rather queer but well, that's just who I am)
